Retaining much of its original Tirolean charm and character after careful restoration and renovation, Dorf22 opens for the winter season 2012/13.

Blending traditional with the latest in technology, the spacious, comfortable en-suite rooms offer fine linen bedding, thermostatic power-showers heated by a renewable fuel pellet heating system, Smart TV’s and Wi-Fi. Large, private balconies and the south-facing garden with sweeping views of the Wilder Kaiser and Hohe Salve mountains and of the village of Söll, make it the ideal retreat after an active day. Secure storage of equipment is available in the ski room with heated boot dryers.

Situated in a quiet residential area, access to the SkiWelt is easy with the ski bus stop located just 25 metres from the doorstep and the free summer Kaiserjet bus just 200 metres into the village centre. In winter (snow permitting) it is possible to ski back to within 50 metres of Dorf22. Indoor swimming and the new summer outdoor bathing lake is situated just 300 metres away. Local shops are within easy reach, the nearest being just 100 metres away.
